Alak is a 4 month old neutered male. He came to the rescue with an extreme case of herpes virus that had developed into ulcers on his eyes. Over the the last few months his foster mama has been working hard with the veterinarian to save his eyesight. One of his eyes is completely healed, and after a surgical repair to the left eye it is still healing, but he has been given a clean bill of health from the vet to be adopted. He is a unique boy, in that he is polydactyl (multi-toed) on his front feet, but only two toes on one of his back feet. He is a very sweet kitty who loves to be held and purrs constantly. He is good with both other cats and dogs.
