Irisa is a 4 month old spayed female. She came to the rescue as a kitten with an extreme case of herpes, that even with treatment, developed into secondary glaucoma in both eyes. It was very painful for her, but that didn't stop her from being as sweet as she can be! She had her eyes removed when she was big enough to be spayed, and continues to amaze her foster family every day with how she hasn't let her inability to see stop her from being a normal kitten! She plays, climbs up and down cat trees and couches, she has never missed the litter box, and loves to be in your lap. She is apprehensive about other cats but she absolutely loves dogs. She will take some time to learn her way around a new home and may be frightened at first, but once she feels comfortable, she will be the loviest cat you'll ever have.
